Terms of service

This website is operated by DATSU MODE (the “Store”) using Shopify's ecommerce platform. Products are manufactured and shipped through Printful, an on-demand fulfilment service.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights available to New Zealand consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

This website may be used only by individuals who are legally able to enter into a contract. Minors may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Products and services may not be used for unlawful purposes.

2. Products

Products are made to order after an order is placed. Minor colour or placement differences can occur because screens and on-demand production processes vary, but the goods must still match their description and meet all applicable consumer guarantees.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for the New Zealand market are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). The current New Zealand offer is limited to the can coolers shown as available on the storefront. Standard shipping for those can coolers is free. The final amount charged by the Store is shown before payment. Any customs, import, tax, or carrier charge not collected by the Store or its fulfilment partner at checkout may be payable by the recipient where applicable.

4. Processing and delivery

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–5 business days. International standard delivery generally takes an estimated 5–20 business days after fulfilment. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If delivery does not occur within the agreed or a reasonable time, applicable consumer rights remain available.

5. Returns and remedies

We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns for made-to-order products. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise fail an applicable consumer guarantee, contact main@kohey-nishi.com. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Please also review the Refund Policy.

6. Third-party services

Shopify and Printful provide parts of the payment, manufacturing, fulfilment, and delivery process. We will investigate and respond to problems involving those services. Use of a third-party provider does not exclude or limit DATSU MODE's obligations to consumers where the law does not permit that limitation.

7. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Store to violate law, harass or defame others, place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or interfere with the website's operation.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms when necessary. Changes apply from the time the revised terms are posted and do not remove rights already arising from an existing order.
