Additional charges: Standard shipping is free for can coolers delivered to New Zealand. Any customs, import, tax, or carrier charge not collected by the Store or its fulfilment partner at checkout may be payable by the recipient where applicable.
Payment: Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is confirmed when the order is placed.
Processing and delivery: Products are usually made within 2–5 business days. International standard delivery generally takes an estimated 5–20 business days after fulfilment, but customs, carriers, weather, holidays, and other conditions may cause delays.
Delivery method: Products are manufactured and shipped through Printful using its designated carriers.
Cancellations and change of mind: Production can begin soon after an order is placed, so cancellation or changes may not be possible. We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns for made-to-order goods.
Faults and statutory rights: These limits do not apply where goods fail a guarantee under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or another applicable law. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise fails an applicable guarantee. Depending on the circumstances, a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy may be available at no charge and within a reasonable time.
Contact recommendation: Please email us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven days of delivery, with your order number and photos. Seven days is a recommendation only and does not shorten any statutory time limit or right.
