Refund policy
All products sold in this store are made on demand after you place your order. We do not normally accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or other applicable law.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items
Goods sold to New Zealand consumers must meet the guarantees that apply under the CGA, including being of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and matching their description. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, contact main@kohey-nishi.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Depending on the nature of the problem and the remedy required by law, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy at no charge and within a reasonable time. We may coordinate the remedy with Printful, our manufacturing and fulfilment provider, but your rights are against DATSU MODE as the seller.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven days of delivery, so we can investigate promptly. Seven days is a contact recommendation only and does not shorten any statutory time limit or right.
Returns
If a return is required, contact us before sending the item. We will provide the correct return instructions and address. Please do not send items to our Tokyo address unless we expressly ask you to do so.
Refund timing
After a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.
