Shipping Policy

DATSU MODE products are made to order. Each item is manufactured and printed after your order is placed.

Processing and fulfilment

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Once fulfilment is complete, the package is handed to the shipping carrier. Processing may take longer during peak periods or because of inventory, production-location, or destination conditions.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the shipping address and order contents. International delivery generally takes an estimated 5–20 business days after fulfilment, but customs processing, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can cause delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free for can coolers shipped to New Zealand. The final amount charged by the Store is shown before payment.

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST, or processing fees under New Zealand's rules. Except for amounts collected by our Store or fulfilment partner at checkout, these charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent by email after the order ships. It may take some time for the carrier's tracking page to update.

Shipping addresses

Please check the recipient name, address, and postcode before placing your order. Address changes and cancellations might not be possible after fulfilment or shipping has started. Additional shipping charges may apply if redelivery is required because of an incorrect address, refusal, or another customer-side delivery issue.

Split shipments

Products may arrive in separate packages because of different fulfilment locations or packaging requirements. Separate packages can have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not match its description, contact main@kohey-nishi.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven days of delivery, so we can investigate promptly. Seven days is a recommendation only and does not shorten any statutory time limit or right.

This policy does not limit any customer rights or remedies available under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.
