Payment method and timing: Credit card payment is finalized when the order is placed.
Delivery schedule: Products will be shipped approximately 11–14 days after your order is confirmed. Because products are shipped from outside Japan, delivery may be delayed by customs clearance or other procedures.
Delivery method: Products are shipped by a designated carrier through the Printful fulfillment service.
Returns, defective products, and cancellations: Due to the manufacturing process, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order is placed. If an item is defective or you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will review the situation and respond accordingly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference, such as ordering the wrong size or a difference from the customer's expectations. All products are made on demand after an order is placed, so please refrain from requesting cancellations or changes.
Return deadline: Please contact us by email before returning any item and within 7 days of receiving it. We may be unable to assist with requests received after this period.
