This website is operated by DATSU MODE (the “Store”). We sell products using the Shopify Inc. ecommerce platform. All products are manufactured and shipped through Printful, an on-demand printing service.
By using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
1. Eligibility
This website may be used only by individuals who are legally able to enter into a contract. Minors may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Products purchased from the Store may not be used for illegal activities.
2. Products
All products sold by the Store are made-to-order products manufactured through Printful after an order is placed. Please understand that there may be minor differences between product images and the actual product.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed inclusive of tax and may change without prior notice. Payments are processed through Shopify's payment system, and major credit cards and other available payment methods may be used.
4. Shipping
Products are shipped directly from Printful facilities outside Japan. Delivery may take approximately 12–14 business days. As a general rule, we cannot provide compensation for shipping delays, but we will respond appropriately in cases of significant delay or non-delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
Because all products sold by the Store are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us by email at main@kohey-nishi.com within 7 days of receiving it. After reviewing the situation, we will coordinate with Printful and arrange a replacement shipment or refund.

6. Limitation of responsibility
The Store uses services provided by Shopify and Printful to sell its products. As a result, portions of payment processing, shipping, and manufacturing are provided by third-party services.
We will respond as appropriate to issues caused by external services, such as payment problems, shipping delays, or manufacturing errors, but we cannot accept full responsibility for them.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Store's services for any of the following purposes:
• Violating any law
• Harassing, inconveniencing, or defaming others
• Placing fraudulent orders or impersonating another person
• Interfering with the operation of this website
If we confirm a violation, we may suspend access, cancel an order, or take other appropriate action.

The Store may revise these Terms of Service when necessary. If you continue to use this website after a revision, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
