Refund policy

All products sold in this store are made on demand after you place your order. Therefore, as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference. Please understand this before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us at main@kohey-nishi.com within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received an item different from the one you ordered.

• The item is damaged, defective, or faulty.

After reviewing the situation, we will coordinate with Printful, our manufacturing and fulfillment provider, and arrange a replacement shipment or refund as appropriate. When contacting us, please include your order number and photos showing the issue.

Because our products are shipped internationally, the outer box or other packaging may sustain minor damage during transit. This is not eligible for a replacement or refund if the product itself is not affected.

Return address and shipping

If we instruct you to return an item, the return address will be a Printful facility. Please do not send returns to our address in Tokyo or any other address belonging to us. Follow the return instructions provided by our store. Items returned before contacting us cannot be accepted.

Shipments to the European Union (EU)

A 14-day cooling-off period may apply to products shipped within the EU. Please contact us for details. However, this period may not apply to custom or made-to-order products.

Refunds

If a refund is approved after we inspect the condition of the product, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by credit card company and bank, and it may take up to 16 business days for the refund to be completed.
