Terms of service
This website is operated by DATSU MODE (the “Store”) using Shopify's ecommerce platform. Products are manufactured and shipped through Printful, an on-demand fulfilment service.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
1. Eligibility and lawful use
This website may be used only by individuals who are legally able to enter into a contract. Minors may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Products and services may not be used for unlawful purposes.
2. Products
Products are made to order after an order is placed. Minor colour or placement differences can occur because screens and on-demand production processes vary, but goods must still match their description and meet all applicable consumer guarantees.
3. Australian offer, prices, GST, and payment
Prices for the Australian market are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). The current Australian offer is limited to the three can coolers shown as available. Each can cooler is AUD 45 and standard shipping is free, so the Store total for one can cooler before any optional payment-provider choice is AUD 45. No Australian GST is added separately by DATSU MODE at checkout while its current and projected GST turnover connected with Australia remains below the AUD 75,000 registration threshold. That status is monitored and may change if the legal threshold is met.
Printful may charge Australian GST to DATSU MODE as a fulfilment cost. That supplier charge is not added as a separate surprise charge to the buyer. The final amount collected by the Store is shown before payment. A government authority or carrier may still assess a customs, import, tax, or processing charge in circumstances where the law permits; any such amount not collected by the Store is outside the Store total and will be disclosed or handled as applicable.
4. Processing and delivery
Products enter on-demand production after an order is confirmed. Production and delivery timing can vary by production location, carrier, destination, customs, weather, holidays, and other conditions. Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout applies to that order but is not a guaranteed arrival date. If delivery does not occur within the agreed or a reasonable time, applicable consumer rights remain available.
5. Returns and remedies
We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns for made-to-order products. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise fail an applicable consumer guarantee, contact main@kohey-nishi.com. We will provide the remedy required by law. Please also review the Refund Policy.
6. Third-party services
Shopify and Printful provide parts of the payment, manufacturing, fulfilment, and delivery process. We will investigate and respond to problems involving those services. Using a third-party provider does not exclude or limit DATSU MODE's obligations where the law does not permit that limitation.
7. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Store to violate law, harass or defame others, place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or interfere with the website's operation.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms when necessary. Changes apply from the time the revised terms are posted and do not remove rights already arising from an existing order.
