Refund policy

All products sold in this store are made on demand after you place your order. We do not normally accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind. This does not exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable law.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items

Goods supplied to Australian consumers come with consumer guarantees, including that they are of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose, and match their description. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, contact main@kohey-nishi.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.

For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For another failure, we will provide the remedy required by law within a reasonable time. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, compensation for a reduction in value, or another required remedy. We may coordinate fulfilment with Printful, but DATSU MODE remains the seller responsible for the consumer remedy.

Returns and return costs

Contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide the correct instructions and return address. Do not send an item to our Tokyo address unless we expressly ask you to do so. Where the law requires us to bear reasonable return costs, we will arrange or reimburse them.

Refund timing

After a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.
