Shipping Policy

DATSU MODE products are made to order. Each item is manufactured and printed after your order is placed. The current Australian offer is limited to the three can coolers shown as available; T-shirts are not available for sale in Australia.

Processing and fulfilment

Orders enter on-demand production after confirmation. Once fulfilment is complete, the package is handed to the shipping carrier. Processing timing can vary during peak periods or because of inventory, production-location, or destination conditions.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout is based on the shipping address and order contents and applies to that order. Customs processing, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can cause delays. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping charges and buyer total

Standard shipping is free for can coolers shipped to Australia. Each can cooler is AUD 45, and the Store total for one can cooler is AUD 45 before any optional payment-provider choice. The final Store amount is shown before payment.

GST, customs, and other charges

No Australian GST is currently added separately by DATSU MODE at checkout while its current and projected Australian GST turnover remains below the AUD 75,000 registration threshold. Printful may charge Australian GST to DATSU MODE as a fulfilment cost; that supplier charge is not added as a separate buyer charge. A government authority or carrier may still assess a customs, import, tax, or processing charge where legally applicable. Any amount not collected by the Store is outside the Store total and will be handled or disclosed as applicable.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent by email after the order ships. It may take some time for the carrier's tracking page to update.

Shipping addresses

Please check the recipient name, street address, suburb, state or territory, and postcode before placing your order. Address changes and cancellations might not be possible after fulfilment or shipping has started. Additional shipping charges may apply if redelivery is required because of an incorrect address, refusal, or another customer-side delivery issue.

Split shipments

Products may arrive in separate packages because of different fulfilment locations or packaging requirements. Separate packages can have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not match its description, contact main@kohey-nishi.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any customer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
